Estate Agent makes staff training a priority
Mixing property and people – Harrison Murray is continuing to invest in staff training to provide customers with the best possible service when it comes to buying and selling their home. The independent estate agents and valuers have shown a long-term commitment to staff training, both in-house and through nationally recognised industry qualifications.
This month alone sees three in-house training courses being run for staff from across the company’s 18 branches, at the Harrison Murray head office in Northampton.
Advanced negotiating skills and property law are just two of the topics that will feature the programme of training, which has been devised by the company’s development director Jackie Scotten.
Jackie said: “Whatever challenges in the housing market, Harrison Murray remains committed to its own people – and by investing in our staff and giving them the best possible training, it can only reflect positively on the standard of service we offer our customers.”
As members of the National Association of Estate Agents, the leading professional body for estate agents, Harrison Murray is also working with its staff to enable them to study and qualify in the NAEA Technical Award for the Sale of Residential Property.
