And as soon as you visit the development you will see why there are only two four-bedroom townhouses remaining in the current phase.

A recent survey found that 70% of Brits say they want all new-build homes to be eco-friendly, a quarter have made environmentally friendly improvements to their homes, and one in three say when they move home they plan to make green improvements to their new property.

All homes at Upton Green have been built with the approval of English Partnerships and The Prince’s Foundation for the Built Environment to a strict design code that specifies a limited range of environmentally friendly building materials, most of which are sourced locally. 43% of homes incorporate solar technology, every home has its own rainwater harvesting system with a reservoir buried beneath the rear gardens to store water and homes have high ceilings with tall windows to maximise natural light.

The Eastcote is a four bedroom mid terraced family home, conveniently located over three floors. A magnificent family kitchen occupies almost the entire ground floor with its separate family/sitting space by the bay window, while the lounge is a dominant feature on the first floor.

Also on the first floor is a bedroom and bathroom and on the second floor are a further three bedrooms – one with en-suite facilities - and a family bathroom.

Miller Homes is offering buyers its irresistible Part Exchange scheme on The Eastcote, a scheme which takes the stress out of buying a new home and selling an existing property.

The housebuilders’ generous Part Exchange scheme has been designed to take away the hassle and worry often associated with moving home, and is fast becoming the best way to guarantee the speedy sale of your own property while securing the home of your dreams at the same time. Buyers can also benefit from having stamp duty paid, turfed front and back gardens and carpets.

Upton Green is an attractive eco-friendly development which has been designed to combine exceptionally high standards of energy efficiency with a village ambiance. It is located just a short walk from Sixfields Leisure Park, three miles away from Northampton town centre and close to the M1 motorway.

The Eastcote is priced at £285,000. If this has whetted your appetite then why not visit the sales office, open daily between 10am and 5pm, or visit Millerhomes.co.uk.
