The first six top properties have gone on sale at Miller Homes’ newest West Midlands’ development in Daventry this month – and they’re the BIG ones!

A selection of six elegant four and five bedroom, detached and semi detached houses are now on the market, ranging from £208,950 to £334,950.

The first release of homes includes the five bedroom detached James property, which features generous living space throughout with exquisite finishing touches. It also includes en suite facilities to the master bedroom and a separate garage.

Royal Gardens, situated within an established residential area of the Northamptonshire town, will contain 74 luxury properties in all.
