Offers too hot to miss in Desborough

In the last month alone, seven properties have been whipped off the market at the popular development, Redrow @ The Grange, off Harborough Road.
The development offers a variety of one- to five-bedroom homes, in a great location for commuters, who will benefit from easy access to the motorway network and major A-roads, providing links to the cities of Leicester, Peterborough and Northampton.
A selection of the homes are available to purchase using Redrow’s ‘£99 and move in’ incentive, with Redrow paying the 5% deposit, £500 towards legal fees, 1% stamp duty, and also supplying fitted carpets throughout the home and a turfed back garden. This ‘fast track’ option is currently only available on a handful of ready to move into new homes.
Mary Timlin, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands) says: “Redrow @ The Grange has just been growing in popularity and over this last month we’ve had a lot of success, thanks to the great range of homes and a location that’s perfect for people travelling to work. These factors, combined with some fantastic offers, means most people are finding something to suit them.”
Amongst the properties currently available are the five-bedroom Wharfe and the four-bedroom Walkham, both of which come with a large lounge, kitchen, separate dining room, utility room, en-suite to master bedroom, cloakroom and family bathroom. The larger Wharfe boasts a second en-suite to its guest bedroom and also has a walk-in wardrobe to the master bedroom.
Prices for a four-bedroom Walkham begin at £275,000, while £329,995 is the starting price for a five-bedroom Wharfe.
For those seeking something smaller, there’s also a three-bedroom Fairwood priced from £189,995, which has a spacious lounge/dining room, kitchen, cloakroom, family bathroom and en-suite to master bedroom.
As well as benefiting from good road links, Redrow @ The Grange is close to Kettering train station, which provides journey times to London St Pancras of just over an hour, which means the development can provide a peaceful and cost-effective retreat for city commuters.
Desborough offers many shops and places to eat and is not far from local cinemas and museums. The town centre’s facilities are just a short walk away from beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. It’s also within easy reach of Market Harborough.
