Charles Church’s launch of The Chestnuts development in Milton Malsor was everything a housebuilder dreams of. There were long queues of people, there was interest all day and, most importantly, there were sales! Infact, the development proved to be even more popular than anticipated, and half of the homes were reserved on the day of the launch.
The Chestnuts launched from Collingtree Park golf course – just three miles from the site – on Saturday, August 4 at 10.30am. Potential purchasers queued up at the doors from 8.50am and there was a steady flow of visitors right until the doors closed at 4.30pm.
Dawn Dolloway, Sales Manager for Charles Church North London, explains: “A lot of people had registered their interest for The Chestnuts so we were expecting a lot of them to visit on the day of the launch. The sales team were completely overwhelmed by the number of visitors and were delighted to take eight reservations on the day. We have since taken one more reservation, which means that the site has already sold more than 50% of homes.”
The Chestnuts, in Milton Malsor, is a development of just 16 two, three, four and five bedroom homes located in an intimate and highly sought after cul-de-sac location.
