Bending over backwards at Upton Green

5th November 2007 Print
Bending over backwards at Upton Green There is something very special happening at Miller Homes’ development in Upton Green. There are two homes which need to be sold before Christmas, and Miller is bending over backwards to enable purchasers to buy them. The deals are there to be had – Miller is now urging people to come in and ask for them!

The two homes which are available for Christmas occupation are The Grendon and The Juniper. The Grendon - at 2,256 sq ft - is a five bedroom corner home with four bathrooms, a study and two car parking spaces. The Juniper – at 1,212 sq ft – is a four bedroom terraced home with parking space. There are mortgage subsidy incentives on both of these properties, which will reduce monthly repayments by up to £1,000 until 2010.

Steve Garton, Sales and Marketing Director for Miller, says: “Meeting monthly mortgage repayments can sometimes be a struggle, especially when a purchaser has climbed up the ladder and has moved into a bigger and more expensive home. We are offering £500 a month until 2010 on The Juniper and £1,000 a month until 2010 on The Grendon. But these deals are for a limited period only and will expire when the homes sell, so visit now to move in for Christmas and to avoid disappointment.”

Miller at Upton Green offers a diverse selection of eco friendly homes. All homes have rainwater harvesting systems, high ceilings and tall windows and some have solar panels. The development has also been built under the auspices English Partnerships and The Prince’s Foundation for the Built Environment to a strict design code that specifies a limited range of environmentally friendly materials, most sourced locally.

Upton Green is located on the outskirts of Northampton, just a short walk from Sixfields Leisure Park. The town centre is just three miles away and the M1 motorway is also close by.
