Cool chic launches in Northampton

11th February 2008 Print
Barratt Northampton has launched its latest show apartment at Centro in Northampton – and the cool styling is already impressing buyers. The two bedroom home opened in January, and has had purchasers appreciating the ‘wow’ factor design with its cream leather, maple furniture and pale tones.

Tom Knowles, sales negotiator, said: “Centro is all about modern living, being so close to Northampton town centre – and this show apartment reflects that.

“Buyers want a contemporary and clean look and the design offers some ideas on how they can style their new home.”

The apartment includes a hallway, bathroom and two double bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a smart en suite with a double-width shower cubicle.

The open plan kitchen/dining and living room is a great space to entertain friends and family, and has French doors leading to the landscaped garden, unique to residents.

The kitchen has a fresh look, styled in cool white gloss cabinets, which strikingly contrasts with the black worktops and upstands.

Centro will form 258 one and two bedroom apartments in four separate buildings. Residents have exclusive use of a concierge, private courtyard garden and a fitness suite.

Within walking distance is the town centre, which has a wealth of bars, restaurants, shopping and leisure facilities. The train station is also close by, with a direct link to London Euston, as is the M1, A43 and A45 link to the A14.

One and two bedroom properties are currently available, starting at £126,295. The development off Broad Street is open daily from 11.00am to 6.00pm. Visit barratthomes.co.uk to find out more.
