Persimmon returns to Deanshanger

Persimmon returns to Deanshanger Leading house builder Persimmon Homes has returned to Deanshanger with a brand new residential development. A select development of 16, three, four and five bedroom homes situated on Canal Lane, the development has been released for sale ahead of schedule due to high demand for new homes in the area.

"We are delighted to have launched Field View," commented Jenny Spaughton, field sales manager for Persimmon Homes Midlands.

"This will be our fourth development in the village and is testament to the popularity of the area. Purchasers at our previous developments have recognised Deanshanger's rare proposition; the opportunity to live in an historic village surrounded by stunning countryside yet within easy reach of Milton Keynes.

“Couple this with an excellent location in the catchment area of local schools including Deanshanger Primary and Kingsbrook - both of which are within easy walking distance and provide education from the age of five to 18 - and it's easy to see why Deanshanger is such a popular choice for families.”

Currently being sold via Elevation New Homes, the first property at Field View was snapped up just a day after being released to the market as Paul Thomas, director of Elevation explains:

"Field View is unique in being a select development in a prime village location within easy reach of both Milton Keynes and Northampton. While there are plenty of larger consortium schemes in the area, small sites such as this are a rarity thus Field View is attracting a lot of attention. Couple this with Persimmon Homes' very competitive prices here and it's easy to see why house hunters don't want to miss out on the opportunity to be part of this delightful new community."

Dating back to the Doomsday Book, Deanshanger was originally designed around the large village green and today houses a thriving population of around 4000 residents. The village offers a range of amenities and excellent schools whilst Milton Keynes is just six miles away.

Deanshanger is also well placed for commuters, with excellent access to the A5 while the A422 leads to Buckingham and on through to the M40 and Oxford, the A508 links to junction 15 of the M1 motorway. Rail links from Bletchley and Milton Keynes provide fast access to London in around 40 minutes.

Prices for homes at Field View currently start from £249,950. For further information on properties available at Field View visit Persimmonhomes.com.
