Chester enjoys a dog's life at Dukes Mead

With a nearby nature trail opening up the beautiful Vale of Belvoir, Julian, a car technician, and Rachael, an auxiliary nurse, can now take Chester on long walks in the countryside.
Julian commented: "We were the first to move into the development, which is in an ideal location for us because it is away from the city, where we lived previously, but near enough to ensure it's not a long way to commute.
"For us, the style of house is perfect and provides us with a lot more space than we had in our old house, which was an end townhouse. We also went along the route of part-exchange, which really did take a lot of the hassle - and expense - out of moving house."
Julian and Rachael took advantage of Miller Homes' part exchange programme as they thought that it would make their move easier at this difficult time in the market, and also as it helped them to avoid costly estate agents' fees and the hassle of any chains.
"The move took less than eight weeks to complete from start to finish." Continued Julian.
"The hands-on problem solving approach that the part exchange deal offered us, has left us very impressed by the high level of customer service that Miller can provide."
Dukes Mead offers a house type to suit almost any type of requirement. For example, there's the four-bedroomed detached Wells property, with its separate study and utility room, and the compact one-bedroomed Swift apartment.
Joy Goodman, Miller Homes East Midlands sales director comments:
"When we began to develop Duke's Mead, we knew it was in an ideal location for commuters wanting countryside living and all the amenities that the historic town of Bingham has to offer."
