New show homes at Poole development

October sees the launch of two brand new show homes at Barratt’s Western Gate development, in the beautiful rural village of Lytchett Matravers near Poole. “We’re introducing two semi-detached show homes, the Dudsbury and the Holton,” reports Barratt’s sales negotiator Karen Culver. “Both offer three bedrooms (one with en-suite), lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, garage and parking space.”

Current availability at Western Gate includes three-bedroom houses priced at £262,995 and four-bedroom detached houses with an asking price of £393,995.
