New show homes at Poole development

4th October 2007 Print
New show homes at Poole development October sees the launch of two brand new show homes at Barratt’s Western Gate development, in the beautiful rural village of Lytchett Matravers near Poole. “We’re introducing two semi-detached show homes, the Dudsbury and the Holton,” reports Barratt’s sales negotiator Karen Culver. “Both offer three bedrooms (one with en-suite), lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, garage and parking space.”

Western Gate is now beginning to take shape and, when complete, will offer 44 homes in total. These will include a mixture of contemporary one and two-bedroom coach house apartments – perfect for first-time buyers – and three and four-bedroom houses for families.

“The site is proving to be very popular with a wide range of buyers and people can still reserve homes off-plan at pre-show home prices,” Karen continued. “It’s not surprising the site is so popular - in addition to the picturesque setting, the homes are being built in a traditional style, so they blend in with the village and the surrounding countryside.”

With a fantastic location overlooking Poole Harbour, Western Gate is situated between Wimborne and Wareham and has easy access to the A350 – to it is just a short drive to Poole and some of the best beaches in England, including Sandbanks.

The development is also within the catchment area for the 2006 ‘outstanding’ Ofsted rated Lytchett Matravers Primary School and the nearby Lytchett Minster Secondary School.

Current availability at Western Gate includes three-bedroom houses priced at £262,995 and four-bedroom detached houses with an asking price of £393,995.
