First residents move into Honeycombe Beach The first residents are now moving into Honeycombe Beach, Barratt's prestigious seafront development in Boscombe on the outskirts of Bournemouth.

"This development has been extremely popular with a wide range of buyers - from families to couples looking for a second home and downsizers - and over half of the units have now been sold," reports Catherine Ferguson, Barratt sales director.

"We can offer something for everyone, from one and two-bedroom apartments to penthouse suites and duplex apartments, all offering the best in luxury living. We also provide secure underground parking offering a 24-hour concierge service and a gym on the development.

"Many of the homes at this site boast terraces and fabulous sea views and they are now being compared with the high profile properties in nearby Sandbanks," Catherine continued.

"We can also offer some fabulous incentives, including 100 per cent part exchange for people moving to a larger home or a £500 monthly mortgage subsidy for a year.

"The mortgage subsidy is available to buyers who are able to proceed immediately. People can be £500 a month better off and enjoy the benefits of living in a brand new home," Catherine concluded.

Located adjacent to Boscombe Pier, Honeycombe Beach offers 169 stunning seafront homes. When complete, the development will complement the ongoing regeneration of the area - which includes improvements to the 1960s-style pier approach and the introduction of an artificial surf reef.

Bournemouth enjoys one of the kindest climates in England. With Christchurch and Mudeford to the east and Poole Harbour and the exclusive Sandbanks to the west, this seaside town enjoys the very best leisure and water sport facilities, as well as some excellent restaurants, pubs and nightclubs.

Prices at Honeycombe Beach range from £240,000 for one-bedroom homes and from £400,000 to £1.2 million for two-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
