Edinburgh students eager to secure accommodation

Lettings agents expect to be busier than ever before at the Edinburgh University Student Association (EUSA) accommodation fair tomorrow, 4 March 2009, with students looking to secure accommodation for the new academic year sooner than in previous years.

Leading Edinburgh property management specialists Cullen Property have already been inundated with calls from students enquiring about viewing times. Operations Director Steve Coyle explains: “Our viewings start right after the accommodation fair and normally we don’t have many enquiries before the day of the fair.

“This year seems to be different though – the phone hasn’t stopped ringing for the past few weeks and we are expecting a great turnout tomorrow as well as for our viewings scheduled to start on Thursday 5th March.”
