The Boardwalk apartment scheme, located at Sovereign Harbour, launched its 44 new one and two and three-bedroom Bimini apartments on Saturday (27th January) to the delight of hopeful buyers.

The stylish development has already sold well over half of its 260 homes, with the Bimini building being the fifth out of six to be unveiled. So if you fancy snapping up one of these apartments, you had better move fast.

Paul Moran, sales director for Redrow Homes (Southern), says: “It’s great to launch another building in this hugely popular development. The Boardwalk is a beautiful complex with stunning views – people are drawn to the idea of waking up on the seafront every day.”

All Bimini apartments come with a parking space, fitted wardrobe and open plan living area and kitchen, while the two and three-bedroom styles also include an en suite bathroom. Prices start from £209,000.

Paul continued: “The apartments appeal to a wide variety of people, from those looking for somewhere to settle down with a family, to those looking for a permanent holiday home. Previous phases have proven exceptionally popular so if you’re interested you’d better get your skates on to avoid disappointment.”

The Boardwalk offers buyers lavish sea or harbour views and contemporary living space. The apartments come in one, two, and three-bedroom styles, including 18 penthouses – six of which feature floor to ceiling windows, three bedrooms and an external spiral staircase leading up to the top of the open two-story terrace.

The Boardwalk is just over 90 minutes from London and less than half an hour from Hastings, via the easily-accessed A259, while Brighton is only 40 minutes away along the A27.

Eastbourne town centre offers all the top high street stores and for those seeking a more cultured shopping experience, Eastbourne’s independent “Little Chelsea” area features more than 60 places to buy art, music, books and hand-crafted furniture.
