The award-winning home builder has now released for sale the last of six phases at its much-desired and award-winning waterside development, The Boardwalk, in the popular Sovereign Harbour area.

The Boardwalk is made up of six individual buildings, each one taking its name from a type of nautical knot, and it’s the launch of Centauri which is now inspiring home buyers to stake their claim on a piece of this exclusive flagship development.

Paul Moran, sales director for Redrow Homes (Southern), says: “This will be the last chance for home buyers to own an apartment with a sea view at The Boardwalk.”

The Centauri building will comprise of 35 one and two bedroom apartments, including three sleek three-bedroom penthouses, which boast superb large terraces, built in wardrobes and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning sea views.”

Paul added: “We have only just launched the Centauri building and already the reaction has been amazing.

“The apartments appeal to a wide variety of people, from those looking for somewhere to settle down with a family, to those looking for a permanent holiday home and downsizers whose children have flown the nest. Previous phases have proven exceptionally popular and we don’t expect the apartments to remain on the market for long.”

Its major draw is that it appeals to buyers at various life stages - it’s a dream come true for young professionals, holiday home buyers, investors and retired couples searching for a retreat by the sea.

The bold exterior design draws on maritime influences, reflected in the eye catching facades of the six buildings, which feature splashes of blue and yellow and utilise an unusual combination of aluminium, canvas and wood. A timber decked walkway will separate the buildings and enhance the character of the development.
