21 brand new homes for East Hoathley, Sussex
Hillreed Homes has been granted planning permission by Wealden District Council for the building of 21 new homes, including a bungalow at Church Marks Lane, East Hoathley.“We are delighted to have got the go ahead on this particular site”, says Jo Richards, Marketing and Corporate Manager at Hillreed Homes, “as we took a lot of time to create something quite special with the layout”.
What Hillreed Homes has designed is a very attractive and welcoming plan of homes which includes an eye catching and newly created village green and square. The whole site is surrounded by amenity land providing a pleasant country feel to the whole development.
Hillreed Homes have been building private housing for over 30 years so they are very experienced in providing properties that suit the needs of today’s buyers. Many of the house types that are to be built at East Hoathley are properties designed in-house and built at many of their sites in the South East. Therefore they know that the layouts work and that they are exceedingly popular. There will be a choice of three, four and five bedroom houses together with a bungalow.
The company, which is privately owned, takes great pride in the finished product not just of the homes but also the layout ensuring that buyers benefit from the “whole package” of living in a pleasant and relaxing environment.
Work is due to start by the end of 2008 with the first homes ready for occupation in the Spring/Summer of 2009.
