H2O in Eastbourne launches this weekend

H2O will be launched this weekend on Saturday 2nd August at a reception to be held in the Coronet Suite in The Cavendish Hotel, Grand Parade, Eastbourne, BN21 4DH from 11 am to 5.30 pm.
The stylish development offers 74 one and two-bedroom apartments, of which 23 will be affordable. Building work on the 1.2 acre site commenced earlier this year and Barratt is now taking off-plan reservations for these contemporary Art Deco-style homes, the architecture of which reflects that of surrounding buildings.
Prices start at £132,995 for one-bedroom apartments with two-bedroom apartments available from £154,995.
Trevor Sawyer, managing director of Barratt Southern Counties comments: "We anticipate that these homes will appeal to young professionals wanting the convenience of a modern layout, downsizers relishing the seaside environment, and second-home purchasers who want the comfort of a ‘lock up and leave' apartment. With the town centre just minutes away we believe there will be a strong demand."
First time buyers will be very attracted to H2O as the My Choice HomeBuy scheme is on offer for qualifying purchasers. Up to 50 per cent of the purchase price can be met through a government-funded equity loan, doing away with the need for a deposit and reducing the level of a conventional mortgage.
The beach is a few minutes' walk away, and provides four miles of shingled heaven and relaxation. At the eastern end a modern, locked marina is one of the largest along the South Coast and provides a welcome break for those transiting along the Channel or looking for a secure base from which to sail to French havens such as Le Touquet.
Communications by road, along the coast to Newhaven Ferry terminal, inland to Gatwick airport, and up to London are very good. A regular train service brings Brighton within 30 minutes reach, whilst London is approximately 90 minutes away.
Prices at H2O start at just £132,995. For further information, log on to Barratthomes.co.uk.
