Just four apartments remain at landmark harbour venture

Just four apartments remain at landmark harbour venture Just four luxurious waterside apartments remain at The Boardwalk in Eastbourne, representing the last chance for buyers to purchase a home in this striking location.

The apartments, all two-bedroom designs, are left out of a total of 260 at Redrow's flagship development in Sovereign Harbour - proof of the phenomenal success of the venture, which has successfully captured the essence of waterfront living.

A fabulous two-bedroom show apartment, beautifully decorated and furnished by professional interior designers, is still open to give buyers the chance to imagine themselves calling one of these four superb apartments home.

Situated in the popular Sovereign Harbour area, The Boardwalk apartments combine elements of light, air and water to give a complete sense of space and relaxation. The remaining apartments all have balconies and buyers can look forward to waking up to the serene sound of the waves.

The quality of the flagship development has been recognised both nationally and regionally and it has scooped five prestigious property awards, most recently the title of ‘best apartment in Sussex' for its penthouse and four stars in the national ‘best marina category' at the Daily Mail UK Property Awards.

Holly Finer, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Southern), said: "The Boardwalk is about taking dreams and aspirations and turning them into stunning reality, where you can escape from the trappings of everyday life. It's about recognising the need for a better quality of life.

"We have just four apartments remaining; down from 12 in May, so homebuyers will have to be quick if they want to invest in luxurious living on the water's edge."

The development is made up of six individual buildings, each one taking its name from a type of nautical knot. The bold exterior design draws on maritime influences, reflected in the eye catching facades of the six buildings, which feature splashes of blue and yellow and utilise an unusual combination of aluminium, canvas and wood. A timber decked walkway separates the buildings, hence the name The Boardwalk.

The remaining two-bedroom apartments are available from £199,000.

Visit The Boardwalk, at Sovereign Harbour, daily from 10am - 5.30pm Tuesday to Saturday, to view the outstanding penthouse show home and two-bedroom show apartment. For more information, log on to Theboardwalk.redrow.co.uk.
