Couple fall in love with sea views at Regency Park

"We used to live in Horley in Surrey, but both always saw ourselves living by the seaside," said Pat.
"When Robert, who's a guitarist, was offered a regular gig at a hotel in Eastbourne, we travelled down to the area and were instantly attracted by the development and its perfect location."
Pat and Robert were at first tempted by a three-bedroom townhouse at Regency Park, but at the last minute changed their minds and purchased a two-storey, four-bedroom house.
"When we saw the sea views from the four-bedroom home we realised it was exactly what we had always wanted," explains Pat. "With our children having flown the nest, this was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our new life on the coast.
"When we moved in at the end of September, the whole process ran extremely smoothly with the help of the George Wimpey staff; we couldn't fault them at all."
