Challenge Laing to find you a buyer

10th March 2009 Print
Challenge Laing to find you a buyer This weekend (14th & 15th March( homeowners can challenge Laing Homes to help find a buyer for their old property in just four weeks – leaving them free to move to a brand new home at the beautiful Egerton Place development in the South Coast town of Bexhill-on-Sea.

Open to anyone reserving a new home at the idyllic location close to the sea, the special weekend invites people to take advantage of the leading housebuilder’s Easymover programme.

Easymover is designed to help homeowners enjoy a quick and hassle-free move, helping them to sell their old home, their estate agent’s fees paid and a contribution towards legal costs.

Clare Rooke, Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for Laing Homes, says: “By reserving one of our new apartments at Egerton Place, customers can start our Easymover countdown.

“In just four weeks’ time we’ll provide three valuations for their old property and hopefully find a buyer. Our customers will have their estate agent’s fees paid and also receive a contribution towards their legal fees – and more importantly, can be moving in to a brand new home as soon as they like!”

And while Laing does all the legwork, its customers can enjoy a hassle-free move to a home such as the beautiful three-bedroom ‘Baird Court’ apartment, featuring a spacious open-plan kitchen with living/dining room, a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, two further bedrooms and a main bathroom.

The traditional-style frontage to the apartment buildings offers selected plots the benefit of balconies and stunning views, while each home has allocated parking, gas central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and cooker hood.

Two-bedroom apartments start at £149,995 while three-bedroom designs are £199,995.

The town of Bexhill-on-Sea retains the charm of an unspoilt Victorian seaside resort, boasting award-winning sandy beaches, the 1930s De La Warr pavilion and a compact shopping centre with many continental-style cafes.

Modern leisure facilities are also close at hand, including an indoor pool, 10-pin bowling, tennis courts, sailing and a choice of golf courses, while culture is rich and plentiful, with theatres, a cinema and live music for all tastes.

For commuters, there are regular rail services to Brighton, Eastbourne, Ashford International and London, while the Channel Tunnel, ferry ports and Gatwick airport are an hour away by road.

To challenge Laing Homes to sell your old property, visit the Sales Centre, located off Upper Sea Road, Bexhill, this Saturday 14th or Sunday 15th March between 10am and 5pm.
