Affordable new homes boast sea views A brand new apartment will be open this Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May at George Wimpey’s Regency Park development in Eastbourne, giving property-seekers a first look inside the stylish collection of coastal homes.

Over the weekend, between 10am and 5pm, visitors can see inside a fabulous fifth-floor Penshurst House apartment at the popular development, which lies just a short stroll from the beach, as well as securing homes at special launch weekend low prices – starting at just £125,000*.

The two-bedroom view apartment, which will be open to visitors boasts amazing sea views, and has been tastefully decorated in crisp white with a stylish fitted kitchen finished with smart granite worktops.

The light and airy layout features a large living room with dining area opening through patio doors to a spacious balcony – ideal for alfresco meals or simply taking in the sea air – a well-proportioned kitchen, two double bedrooms which also enjoy sea views, and a bathroom off the entrance hall.

A design that also benefits from a host of practical features, the ‘Type 2A’ apartment has a generous storage closet to the hallway, a large recessed fitted wardrobe to the main bedroom, allocated parking outside, and a lift to all floors.

A choice of two-bedroom apartment designs will be available over the weekend, including homes featuring an en-suite to the master bedroom in addition to a main bathroom.

Mark Pajak, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for George Wimpey, says: “We have already experienced huge levels of interest in the new apartments with a number sold off-plan to those keen to take advantage of the great prices currently available.

“But this is the chance to see the interior finish which many would-be buyers have been waiting for, and as a result we expect the remaining apartments to be snapped up fast. With this in mind, we would encourage anyone interested in securing their new place in Eastbourne to come along and see us this coming weekend.”

Eastbourne, at the foot of the South Downs, boasts excellent lifestyle opportunities including two shopping centres, a range of individual seafront boutiques and the fashionable stores and restaurants at Sovereign Harbour, waterfront.

The town is famous for its award-winning parks and gardens, while those who enjoy an active lifestyle will appreciate the marina’s sailing facilities just minutes from the development, and a choice of nearby swimming pools and gyms.

A selection of local schools cater for children of all ages and abilities, while the area is well-served by public transport, with buses to the town centre every 10 minutes, and Hampden Park and Eastbourne Railway station close-by, providing services to London and Brighton.

To see the new apartment interiors and to find out more about the special prices available over the weekend, visit Regency Park between 10am and 5pm on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May.

The Sales Centre is located off Wartling Road / Lottbridge Drove, Eastbourne, and is also open from Thursday to Monday, 10am until 5pm, or go online to Georgewimpey.co.uk.
