New homes coming soon to Lawley
Barrratt West Midlands has recently begun build work on a substantial development of new homes on The Crescent in Lawley, Telford which is to become part of the town's landmark ‘Ironstone' scheme.Barratt is building 218 new homes at this development, which is to be named, Clover Mead and which will become an integral part to the overall Ironstone scheme, where over 3,300 properties are to be built in total.

Lead by national regeneration agency, English Partnerships, Ironstone is being delivered by the Ironstone Developer Group (IDG), a consortium of Barratt and two other national housebuilders. It will see the development of a brand new community built over 70 hectares and will include four separate villages, Lawley Village, Lawley Bank, Newdale and Newdale Valley. Once completed, Ironstone will also provide a range of amenities for everyone to enjoy such as shops, offices, restaurants, bars, a new primary school and parks.
Clover Mead is situated in the beautiful Shropshire countryside making it a quiet place to relax, whilst remaining close to Telford town centre and all its amenities plus the M54 and M6 are also close by.
