Dream homes planned for Shropshire

19th September 2008 Print
House-hunters looking for a stylish new place to live won't have to wait long to find their dream home. Savvy searchers are signing up now to be among the first to own a home at Wenlock Square, George Wimpey North Midlands' brand new development in the heart of Shropshire, close to the open countryside and the exciting benefits of nearby Telford.

Wenlock Square will comprise homes for all types of buyers, including one and two bedroom apartments, and two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, with prices ranging from £115,000 to £370,000.

By registering their interest now, prospective purchasers will receive details of the first properties as soon as they are released - and by buying off-plan, customers can stamp their style on their new home, choosing kitchens, bathrooms, floorings and fittings to be installed ready for their move.

Wenlock Square is part of Ironstone, a new village community at Lawley comprising four distinct neighbourhoods and offering a bustling social hub, classical architecture, open spaces and a host of local facilities. Homes will be well-served by existing and new public transport links and commuters will appreciate that the M4 and M5 are a short drive from the development.

Homes at The Forge - George Wimpey's first phase of development at Lawley - were snapped up by buyers, and Wenlock Square are also expected to sell fast.
