David Wilson axes stamp duty on houses up to £500,000
The Prime Minister may have boosted homebuyers by announcing that houses worth up to £175,000 will be exempt from Stamp Duty - David Wilson Mercia is going even further by offering to scrap the tax on all its houses up to the value of £500,000.This effectively means that every David Wilson home throughout Shropshire is exempt from Stamp Duty because David Wilson will pay it on their customers' behalf. David Wilson Mercia could also pay your legal fees and moving costs as part of the deal.
