Home-owners sick of the sight of their ‘For Sale’ sign can now find an easier way to move – at George Wimpey’s special part-exchange event taking place at The Forge development in Lawley this Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May.

Between 11am and 5pm each day, the leading house-builder is helping customers beat the slowdown in the market by making new homes available in part-exchange for their existing property.

Using the part-exchange scheme, George Wimpey gains an independent valuation of the customer’s current property and agrees a purchase price with them. With this arranged, they are free to move to an upmarket new home at The Forge.

Part-exchange deals will be available on selected four and five-bedroom homes over the weekend, with prices starting from £239,995.
