Happy homebuyers in Shropshire

Local house-builder George Wimpey North Midlands, part of the Taylor Wimpey Group, has come top of a poll to measure the satisfaction of its customers. The regional business, which has new homes on sale across Shropshire, achieved an 89.9% satisfaction rating from an independent survey of its home-buyers – better than any of the other 25 Taylor Wimpey regions in the UK.

In the survey by the National House-Building Council and Home Builders Federation, buyers were asked questions about the customer service they received, the build quality of their new home and whether they would recommend the house-builder to a friend.

The fact that local customers have been passing on positive news about George Wimpey’s new homes is borne out in strong regional sales this year, with high demand from first-time buyers and those looking to upsize while property prices are favourable.
