Homebuyers get on their bikes with Barratt Barratt West Midlands is gearing up for National Bike Week across its Shropshire developments by offering visitors the chance to win a bike for the whole family when they visit a development during the event.

Running from 13th to 21st June, National Bike Week aims to get people out and about on bikes, whether it be cycling to work and school, or riding for pleasure and there are plenty of free cycling events around the country to help people get involved. The aim is for participants to not only improve their fitness and have fun, but also to reduce people’s carbon footprint and reduce pollution in our towns and cities.

In order to help support National Bike Week and promote a healthier lifestyle, Barratt is offering visitors to its new home developments, the chance to win a bike for all the family with a free prize draw.

Graydon Worthing, Sales Director for Barratt West Midlands commented, “Cycling is fantastic, not only for getting from A to B in an environmentally friendly and economical way, but is also a fun way to exercise and spend time with friends and family. Therefore, as a way of supporting National Bike Week and to help homebuyers make the most of the summer weather, every visitor this week can enter our free prize draw with the chance to win a brand new bicycle for all the family.

Visitors to any of Barratt’s developments throughout Shropshire will be entered into a free prize draw to win a bicycle for all the family up to a total value of £500. The prize will be supplied as gift vouchers. Entries must be submitted by Sunday 21st June 2009.
