New apartments offer dream start in Shrewsbury

A selection of 16 new apartments have now been released for sale at Barratt Mercia’s Ellesmere Grange development on Ellesmere Road in Shrewsbury and all are available to purchase with the housebuilder’s highly successful ‘Dream Start’ scheme.

In total, 42 two-bedroom apartments are expected to be available with the option of Barratt’s Dream Start scheme. However due to extremely high demand in the area, the homebuilder has decided to bring forward the launch and has made 16 of the properties available to reserve now.

Homebuyers using Dream Start only pay 75 per cent of the properties value. There is no rent or interest to pay on the remaining 25 per cent and buyers own their new home outright from day one. The deferred amount is simply paid back as 25 per cent of the properties open market value at any time up to the resale of the home or within 10 years, whichever is sooner.
