Waterside apartments an enticing prospect Buy-to-Let investors can now purchase from the next wave of brand new waterside apartments in Newport, where demand for new homes is expected to grow over the next three years.

With a new state-of-the-art hospital and university campus being built, investors will be looking to take advantage of a potential influx of new people moving to the city.

The new homes are part of a major facelift for the city and the first part of the wider regeneration plans for Old Town Dock. The surrounding area will also contain an office district, an 80-room hotel, a park and other facilities all set along the banks of the River Usk.

With the M4 motorway nearby providing easy access to other major towns and cities, including Cardiff and Bristol, the development is perfect for commuters working outside of Newport.

The new apartments are priced from £126, 995 for a one-bedroom apartment and from £144,995 for a two-bedroom apartment.
