First time “buyers” experience the Manning Stainton service!

Headingley Pre-School is a not-for-profit registered charity providing high quality, affordable childcare for local parents and children in the Headingley area.

So when the group, after 25 years, decided to move to larger and improved facilities on Wood Lane in Headingley who better to turn to for some help than the local property experts Manning Stainton!

And what better donation than a brand new and much needed playhouse, plus a cheque from the Manning Stainton Community Fund?!

Thanking Manning Stainton, fundraising parent Helen Itoe says the new “building” is a big hit with the children and provides a colourful centre piece to the outdoor play area.

Manning Stainton Headingley branch co-ordinator Clare Frieze took along a half size SOLD board for a photo with the children, commenting that the company’s SOLD boards are an increasingly common sight around Headingley. Though not, says Clare, for buyers quite as young as the residents of the playhouse!
