A typical house style to be found at Sovereign Park Miller Homes is gearing up to open its latest development in the Liversedge area. Sovereign Park will house 40 properties ranging from two bedroom apartments to three story, three/four bedroom townhouses.

Lorraine Walsh, area sales manager for Miller Homes Yorkshire said: “The development has already been in hot demand as it features a variety of property types offering something for all lifestyles. For those wanting to get a sneaky preview of the brand new development, pop along to Weavers Gate where the carefully laid plans are on view.”

Sovereign Park is ideally located with the town centre of Cleckheaton, just one mile away and Heckmondwike being just 0.5 miles away. The local area of Spenborough boasts local shops, pubs, a post office and pharmacy as well as swimming baths, running track and gym.

The development also boasts great access to the M62 and also benefits from being in easy commuting distance with Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Mirfield and Leeds.

Kelly Brown, sales adviser for Miller Homes’ Sovereign Park said: “Each property has been carefully designed with a host of appealing features and the homes have been laid out to create an attractive and varied streetscape. We have had quite a few buyers already expressing an interest so I would urge anyone interested to come along to Weavers Gate and put their name down!”

The sales centre at Weavers Gate is open from 10.30am and 5.30pm seven days a week.
