It’s on the horizon in Huddersfield

15th May 2007 Print
Statistics released last year revealed that Lindley, a small town on the outskirts of Huddersfield, was voted as the most attractive area for first time buyers to live. So it’s no surprise that Charles Church has secured planning permission to develop a selection of apartments and houses close by, which are aimed at first time buyers as well as investors.

Horizon will be a select development of 38 two bedroom apartments – located in two blocks – and just 8 four-bedroom townhouses. While the apartments will make the perfect setting for purchasers looking to climb the first rung of the property ladder, the townhouses will make for the perfect opportunity for property investors.

Colin Willets, Sales Manager, says: “Charles Church is delighted to be coming to the area of Lindley and to be able to offer great apartments for first time buyers and investors alike. At this early stage early birds are urged to register their interest now and be the first to buy off plan (when the first sales releases are made) – a way of purchasing a house which enables the purchaser to pick the plot of choice and chose from a selection of fixtures and fittings.”
