Castleford’s fab four

A new collection of homes have been released for sale at the fourth and final phase at Willow Edge, Persimmon Homes’ development in Castleford. The new phase comprises 171 brand new properties incorporating a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes and all properties at the development (subject to stage of construction) can be personalised via Persimmon’s Finishing Touches whereby purchasers can choose items from a comprehensive range to add a touch of individuality to their brand new home.

With Home Change, customers have the security of reserving their desired plot with the added bonus that Persimmon will handle the sale of their existing home and take care of associated advertising fees and estate agent costs which may be a deterrent to some potential home movers. The property is marketed at a price agreed with the customer based on valuations from two independent estate agents and is marketed for five weeks. Once an offer has been accepted, £500 reservation fee is paid by the customer and their new property is secured.
