13th June 2007 Print
A typical house style to be found at Priory Chase Pontefract is soon to experience an exciting new housing development from, the winners of this year’s Major Housebuilder of the Year Award, Miller Homes.
The development, Priory Chase is situated in a prime location and has already attracted huge interest.

Due to this popular demand Miller Homes, has adopted a section of the sales centre at its Millennium Village development in Allerton Bywater as its interim sales centre for the new Priory Chase development.

Jan Hanaby, area sales manager for Miller Homes Yorkshire said: “We have had such a great response to the news of our latest development in Pontefract that we decided not to wait for the sales centre on the development to open but to let potential homebuyers choose their plots from plans at the nearby Millennium Village development.”

Priory Chase is ideally situated adjacent to Pontefract Baghill station. It is a nominal distance from Pontefract General Hospital and just a few minutes away from the town centre. With the station being a stones throw from the development and good links to the M62 and A1, Castleford, Wakefield and Leeds are all within a short commutable distance.

All Miller Homes properties are designed and built to a high specification and come with a range of fabulous extras, making buyers feel rest assured with their choice in a Miller Home. The properties being built at Priory Chase comprise, two bedroom apartments starting from £120,000 and three bedroom town and semi-detached houses starting from £158,000.

Visit the sales centre at Millennium Village which is open from 10.30am to 5.30pm seven days a week.
