Helping hand with Persimmon’s Home Change Trying to find a buyer for your existing property whilst also searching for your next dream home is a challenge most house hunters have to face however there is a way of avoiding these trials and tribulations and fortunately buyers across West Yorkshire don’t have to look that hard to find it.

For a limited time, Leeds-based Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire is offering its hugely successful Home Change incentive on all developments across the region so anyone who’s on the lookout for a new home but just can’t face the prospect of having to find a buyer for their existing property should let one of the UK’s largest house builders help them out.

With Home Change, customers have the security of a reserving their desired plot with the added bonus that Persimmon will handle the sale of their existing home and take care of associated advertising fees and estate agent costs. The property is marketed at a price agreed with the customer based on valuations from two independent estate agents and is marketed for five weeks. Plus, if the existing home requires a Home Information Pack (HIP), Persimmon will organise that too.

Sue Merritt, sales director for Persimmon’s West Yorkshire region said: “Sometimes potential buyers may be put off making the move into a new home because of the trouble involved in selling their existing house.

“This is where we are able to help, smoothing the way for buyers and making it easier for them to move in their own time.”

Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire is currently creating new communities in Castleford, Riddlesden, Wakefield, Gomersal, Huddersfield, Ripponden, Pontefract, Cleckheaton, Halifax and Leeds.
