The sun is shining over new homebuyers

Summer holiday challenge In a bid to get the better of the British weather, housebuilder George Wimpey West Yorkshire has decided to bring its own touch of summer to the region. The developer is running a Summer Holiday Challenge, an innovative campaign offering buyers the very best price and package for their new home and challenging customers to find a better price, deal or location elsewhere.

Buyers can now benefit from the special package at a range of George Wimpey developments including Woodrove Place in Woolley Grange, Eden in Leeds New Forest Village and The Forge in St James Village.

Across West Yorkshire, George Wimpey sales executives have been entering in to the spirit of the campaign, decking out their sales offices with deck chairs, beach balls, buckets and spades and paddling pools.

And, as an added summer incentive, anyone who reserves a home at the development while the campaign is running could win a home cinema package for their new home.

Steve Rider, sales and marketing director at George Wimpey West Yorkshire, said: “The Summer Holiday Challenge offers buyers an unprecedented opportunity to scoop the house of their dreams for the very best price around.

“We are confident that the prices and savings we are offering for our homes at our developments are the very best in the area and can’t be beaten.”

George Wimpey West Yorkshire is also offering buyers with a home to sell its All Expenses paid scheme. This pays for their estate agents commission, the marketing costs of their old home, plus survey fees, fully stamp duty, home information pack and mortgage advice fee.

The Summer Holiday Challenge is only on offer for a limited time period, so potential buyers should act quickly if they want to take advantage of the scheme.

For more information visit the sales information centers, which are open seven days a week from 11am to 5pm.
