If the idea of living in the “Best City” in the UK appeals to you then look no further than Miller Homes’ Stonegarth development in Bradford – but be quick it’s now in the final stage of construction. Bradford has recently been voted the “Best City” in a recent report by Portman Travel.

Coming top in a poll of 65, with the cosmopolitan cities of Manchester and Edinburgh next on the list, Bradford has been praised by company bosses for its workforce, transport links and low congestion of the city.

Jan Hanaby, area sales manager for Miller Homes Yorkshire said: “Bradford is a great city offering everything to its residents from lively entertainment and excellent shopping to the tranquillity of the Bronte country. And with this latest accolade the great commuting and inter city transport links can now be added to the list of ‘everything’.

“Those house purchasers looking for a great home at an affordable price in the ‘best city’ should really look no further than Miller’s Stonegarth development which is now on the final stages of build and is perfect for families.”

The homes available at Stonegarth include the four bedroom detached Chamberlain from £210,000 to the 5 bedroom Telford with double garage from £299,000.

The Telford is a delightful five-bedroom property encompassing traditional design along with stylish living. It benefits from an almost 22ft lounge with feature fireplace and French doors leading out to the rear turfed garden. There is a spacious kitchen with breakfast area and utility which includes a stainless steel double oven, hob and extractor. The first floor hosts the master bedroom and en-suite along with bedrooms two and three and the family bathroom. The second floor boasts two good size bedrooms with feature dormer windows.

Jan continued: “Purchasers at Stonegarth can expect to find the high specification in build, fittings and customer service found with all Miller Homes. Although if discerning homebuyers want these fantastic family homes in this great city, I strongly urge a visit to Stonegarth soon, as there are now only a few properties remaining.”

Stonegarth enjoys excellent motorway links with easy access to Leeds and Huddersfield and is just a short drive from Bradford city centre. Residents can also enjoy days out at nearby Shipley Glen or Salts Mill and take walks on Baildon Moor. Even closer to home is a good range of local amenities including a retail outlet, supermarkets and schools.
