Persimmon gets ‘Intu’ interior design

A Persimmon show home interior You’ve decided on your ideal location, found your dream home and now its time to start thinking about the interior but what kind of look do you think you’ll go for? Cream and minimalist, striking and contemporary or safely traditional?

Styling a brand new home from scratch is enough to daunt even the most creative of us which is why Persimmon is offering a complimentary interior design consultation service at its Primrose Gardens development in Horbury on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th September.

Anyone who reserves a new home at Primrose Gardens during that weekend will be entitled to a one-to-one consultation session with a design expert from Intu Interiors where they will learn all there is to know about what’s hot and what’s not in the world of home styling – all over a glass of champagne.

During the consultation, the interior designer will also demonstrate the latest wallpaper and fabric swatches, offer advice on home accessories and provide buyers with a complete scheme for their individual property. What’s more, those who reserve will receive a voucher to the value of £5,000 to spend with Intu Interiors.

Sue Merritt, sales director for Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire region, believes the consultation will help get buyers’ creative juices flowing. She comments: “The beauty of moving into a brand new home is the fact that it offers a blank canvas which allows owners to stamp their own identity on the property.

“However, not everyone has the vision, time or inclination to style a home from scratch and this is where the interior design consultation package will help. Not only will buyers walk away with a complete bespoke scheme for their very own home, they will also receive a generous voucher to enable them to style it with the minimum of expense.”

Primrose Gardens in Horbury provides the perfect hideaway for buyers. The development is being built on the former Terry Mills site at West Field Road and will ultimately incorporate a mix of just 70 traditional three, four and five bedroom detached properties and contemporary three and four bedroom townhouses.

Horbury is a truly aspirational leafy location. It is surrounded by parks, top ranking schools and a good range of amenities and is well placed for the commercial centres of Wakefield, Huddersfield and Leeds. Homes on release at Primrose Gardens currently range in price from £226,995 to £419,995.
