Redrow’s new sales manager has pulling power

Variety truly is the spice of life for Giselle Ledgard, but when it comes to property she’s made a new home with award winning Redrow. Building on its already winning team, the housebuilder has appointed Giselle, originally from Leeds, as the new area sales manager for its Yorkshire operation.

Fresh out of a role as sales manager for David Wilson Homes, and having enjoyed a colourful career which includes roles as a property sales consultant, an estate agent and - adding a bit of variety – a pub landlady, Giselle has always favoured a career in selling homes and is now sitting pretty in her new job at Redrow.

Giselle, who now lives in Bradford with her husband David says: “I started my sales career almost 15 years ago now and since that day I haven’t looked back. Although I have had a number of different jobs I always moved back into property as that’s the field I enjoy most.”

The area sales manager role will see Giselle taking responsibility for a number of Redrow’s developments throughout Yorkshire, including popular Debut @ Selby, Mulberry Grange in Hambleton, Oak Glen in Gilstead and Priorpot Mews situated in Norton.

Giselle continues: “My new job at Redrow certainly ticks all of the boxes. Not only does it allow me to work for such a respected new homes builder, it offers the most important ingredient I feel any job should have and that is diversity; no two days are the same and it’s in that type of environment I thrive”

Giselle’s responsibilities will include managing the sales process and presentation of new sites, ensuring each development meets set sales targets, overseeing the sales consultants and, most importantly, ensuring customers receive the second-to-none care that Redrow prides itself on.

Redrow Homes (Yorkshire) is based in Wakefield and has developments from Bridlington on the north east coast, down to Sheffield, and all points in between.
