Springfield chase comes highly recommended When Brian and Christine Williams decided to make the move from their 300 year old cottage they were on the look out for an entirely new living experience.

The couple knew that they wanted a more modern property, which would be easy to maintain and that was within easy reach of local amenities but wanted to retain the peaceful and relaxing environment they enjoyed so much at their former West Yorkshire home in Hunsworth village.

Christine Williams explains: “We were very pleasantly surprised by how spacious the homes at Springfield Chase were - we selected a four bedroom detached home which has a good sized garden and is not overlooked by our neighbours, which was very important for us when we were looking for a new home.

“What’s more, when we got in contact with the sales advisor, Emma Firth, she couldn’t have been more helpful. She talked us through the local amenities close to the development, the range of financial options we could take advantage of and even things like the added extra’s we could select such as an electric garage door, extra lighting, bespoke fittings and additional cupboard space in the kitchen.

“Plus as the home we were buying hadn’t been built when we selected it we, were able to work with Emma to ensure the layout of certain rooms such as the kitchen was exactly as we wanted it.”

And it was not only Emma’s commitment which made a big impression on Brian and Christine. Brian added:

“The site manager Mark and assistant site manager Willie were also both extremely helpful. They were more than happy to give us tours around the development and show us round our home as it was being built. And, we were absolutely thrilled to be able to move in to our Hursthome on the exact date that had been agreed when we initially bought it.”

Since moving in almost two months ago Brian and Christine have been delighted with their new home. “We have really enjoyed having a more manageable property – it means we have more time to spend enjoying our spare time and seeing friends and family and because we have four good sized bedrooms a family bathroom plus and ensuite we can have people over to stay without worrying about getting in each others way.”

The Hursthome, bought by Brian and Christine, is a fantastic example of the well planned properties available at Springfield Chase.
