Local buyers find happiness at Fountain Head Village David Wilson Homes Yorkshire West has helped two local purchasers find happiness at its Fountain Head Village development in Halifax where the combination of stylish, thoughtfully-designed homes and amazing financial incentives have made the site extremely sort after.

The Rolls and Blagbrough families both found their dream home at Fountain Head Village at a time when moving may have seemed impossible. But, thanks to the help and advice from sales advisor Emma Firth and by choosing David Wilson Homes' fantastic Part Exchange scheme, both families found the process much easier than they imagined.

Paula Godfrey, sales manager for David Wilson Homes Yorkshire West, comments: "Many purchasers are concerned about moving home during the current climate but both the Rolls and Blagbrough families prove that it is possible. In fact it is the perfect time to move; with schemes like Part Exchange in place to make moving an easy and stress free experience.

"At Fountain Head Village we have a fantastic range of homes for everyone from first time buyers to families. The development has always attracted strong interest, with our three storey homes proving particularly popular because of the extra flexibility they provide."

One couple who have already found their perfect home at Fountain Head Village is Jennie and Jonathan Rolls, who had outgrown their previous home and were searching for the perfect new family property.

Jennie comments: "We had been looking for our dream home for quite a while and needed somewhere close to Halifax so we could remain near to our family and the school in Halifax where I teach. The location of Fountain Head Village was perfect and we loved the idea of being surrounded by countryside."

With three daughters to consider, the spacious and flexible layout of the three bedroom, three storey Weston design instantly appealed.

Jennie adds: "When we saw the Weston we knew that this would be the ideal home to suit our family lifestyle. We needed enough bedrooms for the three kids and it's fantastic having our master suite on the top floor. We now have the space we need and it keeps the whole family happy."

Another local purchaser, Michael Blagbrough, also recently found his dream home at Fountain Head Village.

Michael explains: "My eldest daughter is disabled and in our old home found it difficult to get around, especially at bedtime. When we saw the Eshton home at Fountain Head Village it seemed like the answer to our problems as there is a bedroom on the lower ground floor, which is a lot more accessible."

Entry level to the Eshton home is on the middle floor and features a comfortable lounge area with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, alongside a kitchen/dining area and cloak room. Meanwhile the top floor plays host to the master bedroom with ensuite and fitted wardrobes, two double bedrooms and a family bathroom while the lower ground floor features a forth bedroom with bathroom facilities and a handy utility.

It wasn't just the flexible designs which appealed to Michael: "There is so much beautiful countryside around." he continues. "Our garden overlooks a stunning area of woodland and it is lovely to come home to such a relaxing and picturesque environment."

Both families were able to achieve their dream home thanks to David Wilson Homes' fantastic Part Exchange scheme, which removed the hassle of selling their previous property

The scheme means David Wilson Homes will buy your current house so that you are free to buy one of its brand new homes and you can stay in your old property right up until your new one is ready. There's no hassle, no estate agent fees and you won't have to arrange your own Home Information Pack.

Jennie comments: "When Emma explained the Part Exchange scheme it seemed too good to be true. We had been trying to sell our previous property for some time but within only weeks of visiting the Fountain Head development we were moving in, it was easier than I ever thought possible."

"I was worried that we would not be able to afford the move and I didn't think we would be able to sell our previous property very easily" adds Michael. "Emma was extremely helpful in explaining the scheme though and guided us through the entire process. Without Part Exchange and the support from David Wilson Homes, there is no way we could have made the move."
