Dynamic duo reunite at Miller Homes development Two Miller Homes’ sales advisors just can’t get enough of working with each other as dynamic duo, Paula and Penny, partner up once again at award-winning Miller Homes’ Plover Mills development in Lindley, Huddersfield. Paula Fox and Penny Hewitt have known each other for over 15 years. The pair originally worked together in the retail sector in Wakefield. It was when Penny left to join the housebuilding industry seven years ago that Paula found herself without her dynamic work colleague. The Miway shared equity initiative, allows the buyer to pay “75% now, 25% later” but still own 100% of their home from day one. They can arrange their own finance for 75% of the purchase price and Miller Homes will provide a 0% APR loan for the remaining 25%, secured by a second mortgage. The homebuyer repays the 25% loan when they sell or transfer the home, or after 10 years – whichever comes soonest. The amount they pay back depends upon the value of their home at the time.

The town of Lindley is conveniently situated just two miles from the centre of Huddersfield, one of Yorkshire’s most historic towns and is close to all major transport links including the M1 and M62 motorways. It is also in easy commuting range of Leeds, Bradford and Manchester.
