Affordable living in Pontefract

It’s official homes just got more affordable especially for first time buyers in the Yorkshire region. A recent report by HBOS plc states that ‘property prices became more affordable for someone on average earnings in four out of ten Local Authorities in Yorkshire and Humber’ between 2007 and 2008. A 40% increase from 0% before 2007.

National housebuilder Miller Homes is pleased with the report figures and has released its latest affordable homes for people in the Pontefract area.
