Designed to make a difference Discover the art of design in time for Christmas at Miller Homes’ newly opened showhome, on the popular Brooklands development in Gainsborough. Exquisite Victorian styled street scenes encompass the creatively designed Beckett showhome, which shows, at first hand, the exceptional properties on offer.

"An eclectic mix of aubergine, black and rustic orange awaits visitors who may be looking for inspiration with their own home designs," said Jan Hanaby, area sales manager for Miller Homes Yorkshire.

"A showhome can often provide clever design tips to make the most of your home, just in time for the influx of visitors over the festive period. It may also be the catalyst to, not only changing your décor, but your lifestyle. As visitors are bound to be impressed with the fabulous Beckett house design, a lifestyle change just might be what the New Year calls for."

Whilst gaining ideas from the expertly designed showhome, potential purchasers can also take advantage of Miller's outstanding deals on its properties at Brooklands. One such deal is the housebuilder's appealing MiWay initiative. By using this scheme a fantastic family sized four bedroom Beckett style townhouse with garage will cost just a little over £110,000.

With MiWay buyers will own 100% of their property but pay only 75% of the price now and 25% later. Customers can arrange their own finance for 75% of the purchase price and Miller Homes will provide a 0% APR loan for the remaining 25%, secured by a second mortgage. Customers repay the loan by paying back 25% of the value of their home when they sell or transfer it, or after 10 years - whichever comes soonest.

Jan continued: "This is a great opportunity for any buyer to be able to afford a fabulous property worth nearly £150,000 for just 75 per cent of the price now which equates to just £112,496.25, and pay the rest later. With the Beckett showhome now open buyers can see at first hand just how far their money will go."

The four bedroom Beckett has a superbly distinctive character with a delightfully framed entrance. The main living spaces have been thoughtfully designed with the ground floor benefiting from the kitchen and dining area. Whilst the lounge, on the first floor, features French windows and an attractive Juliet balcony. The master bedroom on the second floor boasts convenient en-suite facilities.

Brooklands has been excellently planned with a community feel in mind it boasts three public open spaces and a play area. It is situated on Foxby Lane on the outskirts of Gainsborough town centre and enjoys panoramic views over the lush green fields of Lincolnshire.
