Couple find a stable location for their new home

The couple sold their house and were living in rented accommodation before they heard that the four-bedroom showhome had become available to purchase.
"It is brilliant. Bryant included everything - carpets, curtains and furniture. We gave away all our old furniture," says Nigel (42) who is a heavy plant equipment engineer. Jenny (41) is the manageress of a local chain of bookshops.
"It is just a really nice house - we have two dogs and a horse, so we needed to find just the right place," he adds.
When the couple moved in, the gardens had been landscaped with gravel and trees - perfect for their two dogs to exercise in.
Their new home is the third new house the couple have bought together, and Nigel is impressed by Bryant Homes' ‘fantastic' staff. "They were great to do business with," he says. "I like things to be done quickly and they just got on with it."
But the pièce de résistance for Nigel is the large sitting room. "We have lived in big houses before but this is a quarter of the size again. It is really spacious.
"And we are just a 10-minute walk away from town."
Mr and Mrs Pugh in their new home at Bryant's The Pollards development, Bourne
The Pollards, part of the new Elsea Park area of Bourne, has been immensely popular with home-buyers and the development is now sold out.
However, movers seeking a high-quality home can still find just what they're looking for at Bryant's new Broadway Fields development, also handy for the A15, in Yaxley near Peterborough.
Alternatively, those looking for a home in Lincolnshire can find a similar selection of one and two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses at the leading housebuilder's Larks Meadow development in the village of Witham St Hughs between Lincoln and Newark.
