Scartho couple are on the up with new home

“Being relative newcomers to the property ladder, we didn’t have the disposable income to put down a deposit on a new home. However, the 75/25 scheme was perfect for us – and without it, we wouldn’t have been able to move to a bigger home,” she added.

“We initially looked at a three bedroom home, but we then saw a four-bedroom that was built and almost ready to move into. The 75/25 scheme helped to make the dream come true, and we love the house.”

Under the innovative 75/25 scheme, which is available at all Stamford Homes North developments, the customer is able to reserve the home of their choice. And ensuring that legal completion is within a specified timescale, Stamford Homes will pay the remaining 25 per cent by means of an interest free loan – to be paid off in up to 10 years. What’s more, there is no deposit to pay.

Ferriby Rise has enjoyed huge success since it was launched at the end of last summer, and a number of residents have already moved in and made it their home.
