Part exchange helps Humberston couple to upsize No strangers to part exchange experience, Lee Clarke and Sharon Gale are now settling into their new Stamford home at Renaissance – with the hassle-factor having been taken out of the move.

The couple have moved just a stone’s throw from their 2/3 bedroom bungalow in Humberston to a new three-bedroom detached home at the New Waltham development.

Delighted with their new home and surroundings, Lee and Sharon visited the popular development during a recent open weekend – presented with all the information about part exchange at their fingertips.

Taxi driver Lee said: “We were thinking about staying locally, and were looking at a few options in terms of moving. However, even though our existing home was on the market, we hadn’t considered part exchange.

“When we spoke to the Renaissance sales team, they explained how the system worked and showed us around the development, where we saw and fell in love with the home we are now living in!

“Part exchange allowed us to move within six weeks or so, to a larger house in a great location – and without the hassle of having to sell our existing property.”

Under part exchange, Stamford Homes will obtain valuations on your existing property from local agents.

Providing you and your existing property meet certain criteria, Stamford Homes will then make you an offer for your existing property, usually the average price of the valuation.

Renaissance currently offers a selection of three, four and five-bedroom homes, some of which are ready to move into now. For more details about the development or part exchange, visit Stamford-homes.co.uk.
