HomeBuy Direct is available now on selected two, three and four-bedroom homes at the Carpenter’s Lodge and Bell’s Yard developments, where current prices start from £110,000.

Stamford Homes regional sales and marketing director, Peter Bond said: “It’s fantastic that we are able to provide this scheme on homes in rural Lincolnshire, and we have already had huge interest from first time buyers and key workers looking to take advantage of the many benefits it has to offer.

“It means that first time buyers, key workers or people needing to upsize will have an opportunity select the home of their dreams at a price they can afford.
