Stamford Homes offers new shared equity scheme A new shared equity scheme aimed at helping first time buyers afford their dream home is currently being offered by Stamford Homes at its developments across Grimsby and North East Lincolnshire.

The HomeBuy Direct scheme is a Government initiative, which allows purchasers to buy their home with just a 70 per cent mortgage, and no deposit required.

The offer, in conjunction with Stamford Homes, is currently available on the last remaining home at the popular Clee Fields development close to Grimsby town centre.

Under HomeBuy Direct, Stamford Homes and the Government will each provide up to 15 per cent of the shared equity, with the balance being mortgageable through many major lender.

This will mean huge savings on the three-storey, three bedroom Donington housetype – a great home for first time buyers, offering living and dining space in a versatile design over three floors.

With a price tag of £139,950, the Donington is comes with allocated parking. This is the last remaining home on the first phase of the Clee Fields development.
