Burgh is blossoming

From its official launch at the start of the year, Stamford Homes’ Tennyson Gate development at Burgh Le Marsh is entering a new exciting season. With Spring on the way, the Burgh development is blossoming and taking shape, as the first homes near completion.

A selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes are being built at the tranquil location, where a range of imaginative incentives is now in place to help curb the cost of moving.

A package of opportunities allows customers to pick the one which best suits their circumstances, and their pocket.

Incentives include:

- Five per cent deposit paid on selected homes. A typical saving would be around £6,000 on a two bedroom home.

- Homebuy Direct. A government incentives available on selected plots. The customer will need to secure a 70 per cent mortgage on the home, with the remaining 30 per cent being subsidised in equal shares by the government and Stamford Homes.

- ASSIST. If you have an existing home to sell, Stamford Homes will arrange for two independent valuations of your home, suggest a realistic selling price based on the valuations, and if you agree, you can reserve the home of your choice. They will then instruct agent to sell your home within a specified timescale.

- Part exchange. Stamford Homes will obtain two independent valuations on your existing property, and providing you and your home meet certain criteria, Stamford Homes will then make you an offer for it – usually the average price of the valuation.

Tennyson Gate will comprise a total 49 two, three and four-bedroom homes at the quiet Burgh location, sited close to Lincolnshire’s East coastline. The first new homes are due for late spring completion.

Boasting a thriving community, Burgh Le Marsh enjoys the best of both worlds, with the coast and the seaside town of Skegness on its doorstep, the market town of Louth to the north, the city of Lincoln about one hour’s drive to the west.

Housetypes range from the Yew, a two bedroom attached home with parking, to the four bedroom detached Ravendale, offering a traditional family home with an 18ft long kitchen/breakfast room, separate dining room, lounge, study and spacious hall.

Prices currently start from £119,950 – and the showhome and sales and marketing suite are open from Thursday until Sunday from 10.30am until 5pm.
