Red Hall Gardens takes shape in Bourne Stamford Homes is offering a saving of thousands of pounds on the cost of moving into a four-bedroom family home in Bourne.

The Red Hall Gardens development, close to the town centre, is beginning to take shape with a number of reservations already taken and a showhome planned for later this year.

The first homes are due for completion this autumn/winter, and Stamford Homes is offering some amazing deals for customers reserving their new home from off plan.

The current Home of the Week incentive is on Home 28 – the stunning Langtoft housetype, a four-bedroom detached home with double garage and feature garden room.

The attractive layout of the home lends itself perfectly as an ideal space in which to work, rest and play.

A ground floor drawing room, kitchen and separate dining room create a wonderful environment in which to relax and spend some family time – while a study gives an area in which to work from home, and the plush garden room, with a glazed veranda, is ideal for entertaining on balmy summer evenings.

All four bedrooms are located on the first floor, along with spacious family bathroom. The master bedroom enjoys ensuite facilities and built in wardrobes.

The price of Home 28 is £280,000 – which is currently available with three per cent stamp duty paid, leading to a saving of over £8,000.

In addition, Stamford Homes will also pay £2,000 towards purchase costs (terms and conditions apply), turf the rear garden and fit carpets throughout the home.

Red Hall Gardens is Stamford Homes’ third development in Bourne, and will boast a range of contemporary three-bedroom townhouses and traditional two-storey four-bedroom detached homes.

The sales and marketing suite is open from Thursday to Sunday from 10.30am until 5pm. For more information, visit stamford-homes.co.uk.
